Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of goods and services from the online store located at www.estadventures.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”). The Online Store is operated by Tallinn Walking Tours OÜ, registry code 16767531, located in Tallinn, Estonia. Contact email: kadri@estadventures.ee.
1.2. In addition to these terms, the relationship between the Client and the Online Store is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia, including the Law of Obligations Act, Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant legal acts.
1.3. The Online Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as the conditions related to its products at any time. Such changes will be reflected on the website www.estadventures.ee/terms-of-service.
1.4. All content and products sold through the Online Store are protected by copyright and intended for personal use. Reproduction, copying, sharing, or modifying the content without written permission is prohibited. Clients violating this agreement are liable to pay a one-time fee equal to the full product price per unauthorized user. This obligation remains even after termination of the purchase agreement.
2. Price Information and Order Placement
2.1. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT, if applicable. Prices and product details are available on each product page.
2.2. To place an order, the Client selects the desired product or service, fills in required information, and chooses a suitable payment method. The Client must review their information and confirm agreement with these Terms of Service before completing the purchase.
2.3. Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the Online Store in a secure environment—via the secure environment of the respective bank when paying through a bank link, or via the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS when paying by credit card. The Online Store does not have access to the Client’s bank or credit card information. The agreement is considered effective once the payment amount has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
2.3 The Client must confirm acceptance of these Terms of Service during checkout by ticking a checkbox before finalizing the payment.
2.4. Verify the accuracy of your provided information, cart contents, and total cost before confirming the purchase by clicking the “Place Order” button.
2.5. Orders are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed and the Client clicks “Return to Merchant.” A confirmation email will be sent automatically.
2.6. Payments are securely processed by Maksekeskus AS.

Bank link payments are processed in the secure environment of the selected bank.

Card payments are processed via Maksekeskus’ secure platform.
The Online Store does not have access to the Client’s bank or card details. Tallinn Walking Tours OÜ is the data controller and shares only essential payment details with Maksekeskus AS to complete the transaction.
3. Delivery of Services and Products
3.1. Services (such as walking tours) will be delivered on the date and location specified in the service description or as agreed via email.
3.2. Certain digital products (e.g., PDF guides) are only accessible through order completed e-mails.
3.3. Access to digital content is generally unlimited as long as the Online Store remains operational. If services are discontinued, access will be maintained for a minimum of 30 days.
3.4. The Online Store is not responsible for limited access due to the Client’s inadequate technical setup or poor internet connection.
3.5. The Online Store does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using the purchased materials.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
4.1. In accordance with § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital content or time-specific services (such as guided tours), once the service has been fully performed or the digital content has been accessed.
4.2 If you are unable to use a booked service (e.g. illness), please contact us at kadri@estadventures.ee. Refunds or rescheduling may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
